At Hudec Dental, we want our patients to feel confident that they are receiving the best care and are treated as our number one priority. To make patients more comfortable with our staff, each month we’re going beyond the titles to share who our employees really are. This month’s featured employee, Jennifer Rausch, truly embodies our purpose as the Manager of our Patient Care and Support Center. She is always looking for ways in which she can make a difference by helping employees in her department as well as our patients.
Jennifer Rausch grew up in Broadview Heights and received her Associates Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources. She began her journey at Hudec Dental in 2010 when she started as a patient coordinator at the front desk of our Strongsville location. From there, she became the Office Manager of the Garfield Heights office where she managed the location for 5 years. She then relocated to Brecksville and became the Manager of our Patient Care and Support Center. When asked what her favorite part about Hudec Dental is, she said that she likes how Hudec Dental is family owned, but most importantly, she feels that they really care for their employees and their employee’s families.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys sports and spending time with her family. She is very active, and she even completed her first half marathon last year. Her and her husband have been together for 9 years and married for almost 5 years. They have an adorable, fun-loving 2.5-year-old son, and a 7-year-old beagle. Jennifer’s inspiration in life are her parents because they have always taught her that if you want something in life, you must work hard for it. She expresses that she is the person she is today because of her parents. She is proud of her growth throughout her time at Hudec Dental and looks forward to continuing her journey here. “I have grown so much in the last 8 years, and I never imagined being where I am today!” – Jennifer Rausch
