Each month we select one of our wonderful employees to go beyond their titles and dive into who they really are. This month’s featured employee is Jessica Ellison, a lead payment poster. We hope you enjoy learning a little bit more about her!
Jessica is an Ohio native who grew up in Parma and currently lives in North Ridgeville. She graduated from Valley Forge High School in 2009 and then attended Tri-C for two years where she played softball. She has been a Hudec Dental employee since 2012 where she started as a patient care and support center representative. She loves that there is a huge opportunity for growth within Hudec Dental, and she loves that she gets to prove herself every day. As a lead Payment Poster, a typical day would be auditing patient accounts, posting insurance payments to outstanding claims and entering in fee schedules so estimates and costs are accurately generated. Jessica’s advice to new hires would be to smile and ask questions!
Something you may not know about Jessica is that she has a weird fascination with making lists for everything and her greatest achievement is marrying her best friend, purchasing her first home, and adopting her adorable 
border collie, Elsa! She loves to travel anywhere with a beach, but her favorite place would have to be Daytona Beach, FL. She also loves camping every weekend in the summer and following all things Cleveland sports, especially the Browns.
