What our Patient Says!

  • "I was very pleased with the service that I recieved. Quick and efficient for my emergency need."
    Kurt, Broadview
"My dental assistant was great! I'm terrified of dentists and she made me feel better by reassuring me that everything was going to be fine. And she kept asking me if I was ok and asked me if I needed to take a break. I really liked that she was so caring. I even asked her if she was going to be there my next visit."
    Amanda, Puritas
"Linda provided superior, friendly service. Dr. "A" was very cordial, efficient and professional. Thank you!"
    Tomas, Lutheran
"The young lady who cleaned my teeth was the nicest! I am very nervous when I go to the dentist...and she made it easy. Thank you!"
    Deanne, Bedford
I have to tell you what a great staff you have. I felt like I had to personally thank you for either the serious "red-carpet" treatment because I am the copier guy; or (probably more accurately) the great customer service culture that I witnessed is just how you guys do business. Either way thank you and you should be very proud of every single member of the staff that I dealt with from Cecilia to Todd and everyone at the Middleburg office.

Being Cleveland born and raised, we try to give back to the community as often as we can. We have been serving our patients in the Cleveland area for close to 40 years and serving others is our priority. Our purpose is “to improve the quality of life of those we serve,” and we proudly continue to do that even beyond dentistry. We are proud to have donated over $50,000 to local charities and schools in 2016.

Some of our contributions include:

Smile & Dash Race

In 2016 we hosted our first annual Smile & Dash race at Edgewater Park. All proceeds of this event were donated to the Salvation Army of Greater Cleveland. We raised close to $11,000.

Relax. Smile. Serve. Scholarship

In 2016 we awarded 16 students with our Relax. Smile. Serve Scholarship totaling $16,000. We recognized those students who gave back to their community over their high school years. We are excited to continue this scholarship to aid the futures of students who believe in giving back to their communities.

Akron Children’s (Akron Main & Beeghly Campuses)

We collected over 400 toys as a company to be distributed at Akron Children’s Hospitals to the children hospitalized during the 2016 holiday season. This was a blessing to the hospitals, as their donations were minimal prior to our contribution!

St. Malachi’s Back Door Ministry

In the spirit of giving, we collected enough non-perishable food items to pack 2 SUVs! The items were donated to St. Malachi’s Back Door Ministry, which serves meals to the homeless and inner-city poor 365 days/year.

Harvest for Hunger

In 2016 we donated $1,000 to the Cleveland Food Bank along with 1,000 non-perishables.

Basket Donation

Donated 19 baskets, created by our offices, to the Ronald McDonald House. The baskets were filled with essentials to assist the families living in the house.

Fox 8 Stuff the Bus

Secondary sponsor of Fox 8’s Stuff the Bus. Fox 8 partners with the Cleveland Kids In Need Resource Center which provides teachers in the areas that qualify for financial help, the opportunity to “shop” for free school supplies.

Baskets of Hope

Donated 250 toothbrushes and 250 toothpastes to be included in Easter baskets provided to the youth of inner city churches and non-profit social organizations.

Bright Star Books

As a company, we collected over 400 books for Bright Star Books, a nonprofit organization founded by a local family that works to put new and gently used books in the hands and homes of limited-resource children in the Greater Akron area, concentrating on reaching those ages 0 to 5.
