We all have been impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak in one way or another. Some people have been impacted on a personal level, some people have been impacted on a professional or business level and some have been impacted on both levels. I’m here today to tell you that Hudec Dental has been impacted from a business standpoint but more importantly we’ve been impacted on a personal level and in more ways then you are probably thinking. Yes, we are a family business and this impacts the family directly and all of our staff which are part of the Hudec family. We also see our patients as part of our family. We are here for our family and here are three of the many ways that we are here for you:
- We have launched a brand new teledentistry tool known as Ask the Dentist. The idea behind this tool is for both current and potential patients to submit their dental questions and concerns, complete with photo submissions. This will allow individuals within the community to have someone to turn to in this time of uncertainty for answers to their dental concerns, FREE of charge. It’s a simple process, submit your consult request and one of Hudec Dental’s doctors will review and provide guidance to you FREE of charge. This tool can be found on the homepage of our website under the COVID-19 tab. We wanted to continue helping our patients with their dental health and feel confident that they can reach a dentist if an emergency does come up!
- We are just a phone call away. Whether you are using the Ask the Dentist tool to communicate with someone or you are calling in to talk to our Patient Care and Support Center there is someone available to take your call.
- People are on social media now more than ever. As a part of the Northeast Ohio community, we wanted to utilize our social media platforms to help spread smiles, share positive content, and even have a few contests!
