Dr. Neena Baghaie grew up in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan. She studied Biology at the University of Detroit Mercy, and obtained her D.M.D. from the Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine. She became a dentist because she likes working with her hands, and also enjoys being able to care for people. Dr. Baghaie is a member of the ODA, ADA, and the Cleveland Dental Society. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu, and has some experience with French, and American Sign Language. She has a pet parrotlet named “Chotu” (which means little one in Hindi.) She is a huge fan of the Cleveland Indians, enjoys playing tennis in her free time, will follow live matches if she has the opportunity.
“I am absolutely looking forward to meeting my new patients in the community, and getting them started on the journey to a healthy mouth. It all starts with the teeth!” – Dr. Baghaie
Dr. Alicia Mickles graduated from Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry in Nashville, Tennessee. After practicing dentistry in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Connecticut, she joined Hudec Dental with excitement to join a practice with a long history of serving a diverse group of patients.
Dr. Mickles grew up in Mobile, Alabama, and was inspired to become a dentist because she wanted the ability to provide dental care and education to unserved populations where dental care was not seen a necessity. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her 2 dogs, reading, cooking, and online shopping. Her favorite quote is a Harriet Tubman classic, “Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, patience, and passion to reach for the stars to change the world.”
